氧化鉄 (Fe3O4) 中的氧在高溫下會與鋼材表皮的碳結合, 造成表面脫碳. 


Annealed state: carbide particles dispersed in the matrix of Ferrite. To have a good edge retention, at least 1/5 of these particles should be retained in the matrix during Austenization and right before quenching.
