1. TL(liquidus arrest) should be here, but was not detected by software. TL this high indicates way too little C% in the melt. Too little C% can also be shown by too short a TE plateau(2).
2. TE (eutectic arrest plateau appears between Si Lo & Si Hi, indicating correct Si% in the melt.
某鑄造廠第一次電爐熔解, 配料有誤. 碳過低. 補了好多增碳劑才拉下到 FC300. 共晶轉折處在Si上下限間 表示Si% O.K.!
