再浸蝕, 果然 如我前文所說的, 的確有許多晶界碳化物 (X1~X6 DF), 連續性雖不是很嚴重, 但模具一定不長壽.  N1, N2是正常部份. 正常部位(面積率)較多. Networks of carbide particle (X1~X6)  deteriorate toughness of the steel, and shorten service life of the tooling.

 下: 素材(球粒化退火狀態)金相: A ~ E 彩蝕程度由淡而濃. 基地肥粒鉄上色. 碳化物不上色. A~E: Annealed condition; Carbide particles remain white; Ferrite tinted with different degrees and colors.
